The Propelle Movement

Marguerite and Lisa joined forces over a passion to support those whose voices need amplification. They started with women in tech and have since grown to support all diversity groups under the DEI momentum toward the power of inclusive leadership principles. They believe that diversity of thought brings better thinking and more empathy to the world. They leverage an 'others-centred' lens in their content and in their work with clients.

Meet Our Team


Amazingly energetic and driven, Marguerite McLeod-Fleming is an experienced Leadership, Sales and Innovative Thinking Strategist focused on helping women navigating the non-linear path to success. For over 20 years, she has worked to help women unapologetically define the version of success in their lives that best reflects their authentic selves.  She started her work with the Gender Intelligence Group and lands her experiences leading content development, facilitating sessions and helping to define organizational strategy. Marguerite received her MBA from the Schulich School of Business in 2001, where her studies spanned the fields of strategic management and organization development. Marguerite assists in multiple charity projects and lives in Toronto with her husband and two teenage boys.

Our mission


Lisa is a champion of leaders who are motivated to grow. With career roots in communications and operations, and an Executive Coach with global clients since 2007, she motivates professionals to find their brand and leadership voice in a changing business world that demands more inclusive, agile leaders. Lisa facilitates teams and clients toward the disciplines of managing to results. Her contributions to Schulich School of Business career programs now extend to Propelle's focus on women's unique value to organizations, coaching them to be authentic, competent leaders and designing ROI-focused programs for clients who seek to influence change. Lisa is a Professional Certified Coach, ICF, and certified Effectiveness Advisor, Reddin Global. She facilitates a women’s mentorship program in her community and lives outside of Toronto with her husband, raising two young adult daughters.
